Sieve distribution of each Kotar size is carefully tuned as including both bigger particles creating energy and small particles essential for reaching every inch of cast parts shotblasted. We integrated an advanced dosing system with our hoppers to continue production in the same manner that allows us to work our sieves precisely.
STANDARD PACKAGING
Steel shot is packed in 50 lbs polyethylene bags. 40 bags are placed on pallet, covered with cardboard box and shrink wrapped. 100% recycled nature friendly material is used.
BIGBAG
Steel shot filled in 2000 lbs Bigbags.
DRUM
Optionally, steel balls can be packed in barrels of 2000 lbs. We carry out our shipments in the safest way with steel drums that we have carried out most of our overseas shipments.
